ROUEN

Zen Dojo - France

About Us

Located on the first floor of an old warehouse on the right bank of the Seine, the Rouen Dojo was founded in 1970 by the psychiatrist Arnaud Humbert. Since 1993, Christian Espiau de Lamaestre has been responsible for the dojo.

The people who practice with us range from age 20 to 94; they are single or married, with or without children, and professionally diverse: mothers, teachers, artists, dock-workers, engineers, doctors, nurses or retired. Some of them are engaged in personal activities such as accompanying the dying, helping the young and the aged, relaxation therapy and massage.
